Website terms
These website terms describe general SolvaDesigns policies. Specific paid projects should also be governed by a written project agreement describing the final scope, price, schedule, revisions, payment terms, and ownership terms.
The free preview is a visual project proposal and does not require purchase. If a client approves a preview and chooses to proceed, paid work begins only after the scope, price, and required deposit are agreed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard projects may include up to five pages, responsive design, basic SEO setup, a contact form, copy polishing, standard launch preparation, and one organized completed-site revision round. Additional pages, e-commerce, advanced functionality, logo work, integrations, ongoing changes, or unusual setup requirements may require separate pricing.
After final payment, SolvaDesigns transfers to the client the intellectual-property rights SolvaDesigns actually owns and is legally able to assign in the custom project deliverables. For project material that SolvaDesigns is legally permitted to license but cannot formally assign, the client receives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, host, distribute, and commercially use that material to the extent SolvaDesigns has authority to grant those rights.
Third-party software, open-source libraries, fonts, stock assets, plugins, platforms, and other third-party materials remain subject to their existing licenses and are not represented as being owned by SolvaDesigns. SolvaDesigns will not knowingly include infringing third-party material and will identify material license restrictions that are material to normal client use when reasonably known.
Once the agreed project is fully paid, the client may move the website to another host, modify it, hire another developer to work on it, and operate it commercially without an ongoing SolvaDesigns licensing fee. SolvaDesigns will not resell or substantially reuse the client’s custom final design as another client’s website.
Project schedules depend on timely client feedback and delivery of required content. Final files, rights transfer, or launch may be conditioned on final payment under the applicable written project agreement.
